CHASE is always placed
highly at Championship Show level (touch wood!). He has numerous
first and second places and has also won Best of Breed at Open Shows.
He recently secured 2nd place in Post Grad dog at Crufts out of 14 dogs,
we are so proud of him. This was the first time I was handling at
Crufts and needles to say, he made my day. I thank all the judges
who think so highly of him and to Karen & Steve for breeding such a
gorgeous and wonderful dog. Below are some of his write-ups:
Akita Association CH Show 2005, B. Brampton, PG - 1st:
Nice type & size, large head, good ears & eyes, correct mouth,
strong neck onto solid body with level topline, moved with style,
quality exhibit.
Manchester CH Show 2005, G. E. Cruse, PG - 1st:
2 years old r/w. Masculine head with strong skull and muzzle.
Correct bite, medium brown eye of good shape. Good front, nice neat well
knuckled feet. Very nice balance of body, level topline. Good tailset.
Nice coat condition and colour. Moved well.
Crufts 2005, J. Killilea, Sp Yearling - 3rd:
Powerful red and white male with strong head and well padded cheeks.
Excellent bone, legs and feet. Just needs to firm up on the move.
